🥩Classic Charcuterie Board

A generous selection of cured and sliced meats — prosciutto, salami, chorizo, coppa and more — paired with artisan crackers, whole grain breads, Dijon mustard and fruit preserves. The centrepiece of any cocktail table.

🧀Cheese Board

A curated mix of soft, semi-firm and aged cheeses — brie, aged cheddar, gouda, gorgonzola and fresh chèvre — served with honeycomb, fig jam, nuts, dried fruits and artisan crackers.

🥦Crudité Platter

Vibrant seasonal vegetables — carrots, celery, cucumber, bell peppers, broccoli, cherry tomatoes and snap peas — beautifully arranged and served with hummus, tzatziki and a roasted red pepper dip.

🍇Fruit Platter

Fresh seasonal fruits artfully displayed — strawberries, grapes, melon, pineapple, blueberries and kiwi — served with a yogurt dipping sauce, honey and fresh mint. A refreshing addition to any spread.

🥬Mediterranean Board

Olives, roasted peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, hummus, baba ganoush and grilled pita bread. Perfect as a standalone starter or alongside our Mediterranean catering station.

🥲Gourmet Sandwich Board

Always made fresh — assorted deli-style baguette sandwiches filled with a variety of cold cuts including Black Forest Ham, Turkey, Montreal Meat, Salami and Corned Beef. Other selections available and fully customized to your event.

☕Tea Sandwich Board

Dainty crust-less finger and pinwheel sandwiches on white and whole wheat bread. Assortment includes egg salad, tuna salad, salmon salad, smoked salmon, roast beef and cream cheese. Other selections available on request.
